Novel Coronavirus / COVID-19 Update
To our valued customers
As you are already aware the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus is changing business practices nationwide. It is affecting ours as well. In an effort to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and community First Tel will be promoting the use of our remote service capabilities for all customers that have that ability.
As of now all on-site service requests will be suspended until
May 28, 2020
. We will however evaluate each request on a case by case basis. If you have a service emergency rest assured we will respond accordingly.
